I have heard from a number of faculty members recently that they are adopting Advanced Presentations by Design for use in college level presentation courses. Dr. Carolyn Bailey Lewis, of the Scripps College of Communication's School of Communication Studies, has kindly shared the syllabus for her COMS 403 Advanced Presentations course, which you can download here.
